The Northmont Community Market is always looking to expand our vendors.  Please contact our Market Manager, Tasha at northmontmarket@gmail.com.
 
2019 (Sundays, June - October) Vendor Fee for a 10’x10’ booth are:
  • 2019 Seasonal Fee, 22 weeks $200* 

    • Submit application & payment prior to March 1, 2019, for a reduction of the seasonal vendor fee to $120* 

    • Submit application & payment prior to May 1, 2019, for a reduction of the seasonal vendor fee to $180* 

  • Partial Season, 4 weeks $45*  Reserved dates are FINAL upon application approval and are non-transferable.  Date changes are available based on availability and are an additional $15.00 per date change.

  • Drop-In, $15/day* 

  • Charity/Non-Profit/Service Organizations - FREE with a $15.00/date Booth Space Refundable Deposit*  Deposit is refundable once Market Date specified is completed satisfactorily per hours and Market guidelines.  NO REFUNDS for no-shows or cancellations.*  4 max spots available per Market Day.  First come, first serve.  

    Submit payment via PayPal or USPS Mail.  See below:

     

Vendors are responsible for paying any balance due prior to the scheduled market date/dates.  
Preferred payment is via PayPal.  Please be sure to select the "friends and family" option when sending payment through PayPal. If this is NOT selected, any additional fees will be the responsibility of the individual that processed the payment.

                                       Please allow 7-10 business days for mail delivery. 
                       Remember-market space must be paid in full prior to the Market Date.

 

*All fees subject to change at anytime prior to the completion of all three (3) of the following: 
1.  Signed application received 
2.  Application approval 
3.  Payment received in full for Market Term and Dates Selected 

 

*All fees are non-refundable, non-negotiable, and non-transferable.  See 2019 Market Rules for Extreme Circumstance  Cancellation Requests.  

*Reserved Dates are FINAL upon application approval and are non-transferable.  Date changes are available based on availability and are an additional $15.00 per date change.

 

*Booth Space Deposits for Non-Profits/Charity/Service Organizations are refundable if Market Date specified is completed satisfactorily per hours and Market guidelines.  NO REFUNDS for no-shows or cancellations. 

 

*If a vendor chooses NOT to complete the term commitment, there are NO refunds for ANY reason
